- Do I have to pay for my own servers?
Yes! You supply the servers and we configure and manage them for you. We easily connect with many VPS providers include Digital Ocean, Linode, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and many more.
- What happens if I cancel?
Nothing! The servers are yours and everything will remain intact. You will no longer be able to deploy and manage your servers via Mowa.
- Can I change my plan?
Absolutely! Yes, you can change your plan whenever you like. You can manage this all from your profile.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express. Unable to pay by credit/debit card - just let us know.
- Is there a trial period?
Yes, you can try Mowa free of charge for 7 days to asses its suitability, with no credit card required! After that you can sign up for a plan, or cancel.
- How do you store my Credit Card Information?
We take security extremely seriously and use Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
- What happens when my free trial ends?
Your account will downgraded to the free plan and you will no longer be able to manage, deploy or monitor your servers. We will notify you before and after your free trial ends so you can upgrade your account.
- What is your refund policy?
We want you to enjoy our product, so if you're unhappy for whatever any reason just get in touch within 14 days and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
